Cancellation policy

Cancellations within 1 hour: Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations after 1 hour: Cancellations requested more than 1 hour after purchase are eligible for a partial refund. A restocking fee of 10% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund amount.

After order fulfillment: Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may request a partial refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. For full details on returns and refunds, please refer to our [Refund policy].

 

Pre-Order Policy

Payment: By placing a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or scheduled for future release. Full payment is collected at the time of checkout.

Cancellations: Pre-orders are not eligible for a full refund. Cancellations of pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be processed as a partial refund, with a 10% restocking fee deducted from the total order value.
