We generally offer FREE worldwide shipping
(with certain exceptions, see details at the end of this page).
Shipping ways
- Japan post (Air Mail with tracking number) - for the flat paper and small size goods.
Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.
- Courier with tracking number/insurance - for all other items.
Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
We may use FedEx, UPS, or EMS depending on the circumstances.

Delivery time with Courier normally is 5-8 business days.
The delays might occur due to customs clearance or the local courier circumstances.
The most of the packages shipped by Japan post comes in 7-14 business days, however Japan Post is not able to guarantee the delivery time. Therefore please keep in mind that delays for 2-4 weeks might occur in rare cases.
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, however, many 3rd parties are involved in the international shipping process, so we're unable to guarantee in-time delivery.

Processing time
The most of orders are shipped in 1-3 business days after payment approval.
However some orders require 5-10 business days to be processed.
The next day shipping is possible for the urgent orders (except for a weekends and holidays). Please contact us using the Contact form.
Shipping to the following areas requires the additional fee (for the Courier delivery only)
- Guam
- South America
- South Africa
The additional fee depends on the weight of the package. Generally $20-30.
We're unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran and some other countries.
We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes and military base addresses.
