Cancellation with full refund is possible within 1 hour after purchase and before the order is fulfilled (whichever is earlier).
After 1 hour after purchase cancellation is possible with partial refund. The 10% (of total order cost) restocking fee will be charged.
If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a partial refund. See our Refund policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We charge a full payment at checkout. For pre-order orders cancellations with full refund are impossible.
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled with exclusion of 10% (of total order cost) restocking fee.
